چکیده مقاله |
Current paper is the result of the field studies and deep interviews that the researcher has had with agents of automobile industry, part-making, electronic, during the recent years. Since the competition in the recent decade is observed between the supply chains more than the solitary companies; therefore, movement toward becoming lean and agile all around the chain seems an unavoidable affair. Moreover, international just-in-time purchase approach especially in the markets of so-called third world and developing countries is intensified incrementally by the huge multi-nationality companies. The above mentioned procedures provide some opportunities and challenges for the Iranian part-makers which have been discussed in this paper. With regard to the concepts like integration and coordination in the lean-agile supply chains, the most important opportunity that Iranian part-makers have for achieving an appropriate place in such chains, is originated from the low cost and easy access to the raw materials and human sources and some low costs in the production scale. |
